The Abuse Team handles reports related to intellectual property violations, abuse, and other infringements on the EUROZA website. If you have discovered a violation, please contact us at abuse@euroza.ru.

How to Report a Violation

To ensure prompt review of your report, please include the following information in your email:

1. Incident description — describe the violation in detail, including links to the pages where it was found.
2. Evidence — attach screenshots, documents, or other materials confirming the violation.
3. Contact details — provide your name, email, and phone number if necessary.
4. Legal basis — if you are a rights holder, specify the details of documents confirming your rights.

For Trademark Representatives

If you are a trademark representative and believe your rights have been violated, please send an official notice to abuse@euroza.ru including:

1. The name of the rights holder and contact details of the authorized person.
2. A description of the intellectual property whose rights are allegedly being violated.
3. Links to materials on the website that violate your rights.
4. Copies of documents confirming your rights (registration certificates, powers of attorney, etc.).

Processing Procedure

All reports are processed confidentially. We aim to review each report within 48 hours of receipt. Following the review, we will take the necessary measures and notify you of the decision.

EUROZA respects intellectual property rights and takes all necessary measures to prevent violations on the platform.
